This resulted in water flowing into roof panel seams and fastener holes, causing damage to the roofing system.
Upon inspection and diagnosing Alfie Logo Gear’s specific needs, Springfield determined that a METAL BUILDING RETROFIT SYSTEM was the best solution for the building. This system is designed to provide insulation and membrane, reducing sound and preventing water from entering the building. Unlike the exposed metal of the previous system, the metal building retrofit system proved a more efficient and effective solution.
After the completion of the retrofit system, Alfie Logo Gear President and CEO Bonnie Alfonso reported that the leaks and ice went away immediately.
